Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi → Shimla (350 km / 8-9 hrs)

Meet at Majnu ka Tila / Kashmere Gate ISBT early morning. Drive to Shimla via Panipat, Karnal, and Solan. Evening free to explore Mall Road, Ridge, and Christ Church. Overnight in Shimla hotel. Bike handover and briefing.

Day 2: Shimla → Kalpa (220 km / 7-8 hrs)

After breakfast, ride through Narkanda and Rampur. Enter Kinnaur Valley via the Sutlej gorge. Reach Kalpa by evening. Enjoy stunning views of Kinnaur Kailash range. Overnight in Kalpa guesthouse/hotel.

Day 3: Kalpa → Tabo / Nako (180 km / 6-7 hrs)

Visit the Suicide Point and Roghi village. Cross Khab confluence. Stop at Nako Lake and Monastery. Continue to Tabo, the oldest monastery in Spiti. Overnight in Tabo homestay.

Day 4: Tabo → Dhankar → Pin Valley → Kaza (100 km / 4-5 hrs)

Explore Tabo Monastery, then ride to Dhankar Monastery and Lake. Visit Pin Valley National Park (if open). Arrive in Kaza by evening. Overnight in Kaza hotel/homestay.

Day 5: Kaza Local Sightseeing — Key, Kibber, Langza, Hikkim, Komic

Full day exploring the highlights: Key Monastery, Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary, Langza (fossil village), Hikkim (world's highest post office), and Komic (world's highest motorable village). Overnight in Kaza.

Day 6: Kaza → Chandratal Lake (via Kunzum Pass) (100 km / 5-6 hrs)

Ride over Kunzum La (4,551 m) and trek to the pristine Chandratal Lake. Camp overnight under a billion stars. (Camping subject to weather and road conditions).

Day 7: Chandratal → Keylong (via Atal Tunnel) (150 km / 6-7 hrs)

Cross the Atal Tunnel and ride towards Keylong, the administrative headquarters of Lahaul & Spiti. Evening at leisure exploring the town. Overnight in Keylong hotel/guesthouse.

Day 8: Keylong → Manali (120 km / 5-6 hrs)

After breakfast, ride down to Manali via Rohtang Pass or Atal Tunnel (depending on conditions). Evening at leisure on Mall Road. Overnight in Manali hotel. Bike handover.

Day 9: Manali → Delhi (530 km / 12-14 hrs)

After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Drop at Majnu ka Tila / Kashmere Gate by late night. Expedition ends with beautiful memories.

Pro Riding Tips for the Expedition

Ride at your own pace — the lead rider will match the group's speed.

Carry cash — ATMs are unreliable beyond Shimla.

Layer up — temperatures swing from 25°C to -5°C in a day.

Stay hydrated — drink 3-4 litres of water daily.

Avoid alcohol for the first 2 days at altitude.

Respect local culture — ask before photographing locals.

Booking & Payment

Booking confirmed only after advance payment is received.
Balance must be cleared before tour departure.
Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure — 90% refund of advance.
15–29 days before departure — 50% refund.
7–14 days before departure — 25% refund.
Less than 7 days — no refund.
Refunds processed within 7–10 working days.

Itinerary Changes

Itinerary may change due to weather, landslides, or road closures.
Chandratal & Kunzum Pass are weather-dependent and may be skipped.
No refund for locations skipped due to natural causes.

Health & Fitness

Tour travels at altitudes of 3,000–4,500 metres.
Consult a doctor if you have heart, lung, or BP conditions.
Medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility.

Group Conduct

Be punctual — the group will not wait for latecomers.
Respect fellow travelers, locals, and local customs.
No smoking, alcohol, or loud music inside the vehicle.

Stay & Meals

Accommodation on twin/triple sharing basis.
Only breakfast and dinner included — lunch is not.
Homestays & camps in Spiti are basic but clean.
