Booking & Payment

• Booking confirmed only after advance payment is received.
• Balance must be cleared before tour departure.
• Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before departure — 90% refund of advance.
• 15–29 days before departure — 50% refund.
• 7–14 days before departure — 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days — no refund.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 working days.

Itinerary Changes

• Itinerary may change due to weather, landslides, or road closures.
• Chandratal & Kunzum Pass are weather-dependent and may be skipped.
• No refund for locations skipped due to natural causes.

Health & Fitness

• Tour travels at altitudes of 3,000–4,500 metres.
• Consult a doctor if you have heart, lung, or BP conditions.
• Medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility.

Group Conduct

• Be punctual — the group will not wait for latecomers.
• Respect fellow travelers, locals, and local customs.
• No smoking, alcohol, or loud music inside the vehicle.

Stay & Meals

• Accommodation on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Only breakfast and dinner included — lunch is not.
• Homestays & camps in Spiti are basic but clean.

Liability

• Not liable for delays or losses due to events beyond our control.
• Personal belongings are the traveler's responsibility.
• Adventure activities are undertaken at your own risk.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Privacy & Media

• Personal data used only for booking and permit purposes.
• Tour photos may be used on our website and social media.
• Inform our team if you do not wish to be photographed.
